Services Offered
Infinite Publishers provides journal subscription procurement, institutional scholarly procurement, library management software, anti-plagiarism tools, NAAC compliance tools, research and publication support, and publisher partnership services. All services are subject to availability and publisher authorization levels.
Quotation Validity & Payment Terms
All quotations are valid for 24–48 hours from the date of issue, subject to publisher price changes and currency fluctuations. Institutional orders require a purchase order or official authorization. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
NAAC & Accreditation Disclaimer
Infinite Publishers provides evidence documentation and compliance tools that contribute to strengthening NAAC criteria. We do not guarantee NAAC scores, accreditation outcomes, or specific assessment results. NAAC outcomes depend on the peer team evaluation and overall institutional quality. Our tools and reports are supplementary aids only.
Publisher Authorization Disclaimer
Infinite Publishers is an authorized vendor-agent for certain publishers. Not all publishers listed on our platform have formal authorization agreements with us. Publisher names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Authorization levels vary by publisher and product. We do not claim exclusive representation unless explicitly stated.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka. The language of arbitration shall be English.
